The`Grapevine Cottage` for Holidays Rental

Almyrida is a resort located in the Apokoronas region of the northwest coast of the island of Crete, Greece. The village is approximately 25 kilometers from Chania, in Chania Prefecture. Traditionally a fishing village Almyrida has a long beach that is popular with families. Wind surfers, kayaks, paddle boats and beach chairs can be rented on the beach. There are many hotels, rental rooms, taverns, bars, snack and cafe bars, gift shops, pharmacy,grocery stores and bakeries, all of which are open late into the night in the tourist season. Almyrida is famous for its delicious food, as well as for the shallow waters, ideal for children..

The Grapevine Cottage ( Villa ) have an open planned kitchen / living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cooker is with gas. The main lounge has a sofa/bed that allows etra sleeping facilities when required, a very beautiful traditional sofa , a small cofee table and a TV.  From the lounge you have access to a balcony that you can seat to admire  the breathtaking views of the sea and the pool. The bathroom is with a shower. The master bedroom have a double bed and the other bedroom are with single beds and a pull - down beds so with this clever solution the house can accomodate from 2 - 6 people. From the main entrance of the house you have access to an outside balcony with a covered pergola with a table and some chairs that you enjoy the countryside surrounding and the mountains.
 
The benefits of the property are the washine mashine , the A/C unit in the living room , the private pool with beautiful lawns around thearea, the barbeque area, the private parking space and the most important is the five minutes walking distance from the centre of Almirida
